Technology Du Jour From EE Times, comes an article --> Microwave beam weapon reportedly to be deployed in Iraq <-- suggesting that the US Military has a microwave-based crowd control weapon. Basically the microwaves heat the water under the skin, causing pain, and forcing the targets to flee the area being "beamed." Interesting but ugly stuff...
